Supervision of the pre-series together with the supervisor, and resolution of any issues reported by the operator

? Documentation Preparation
Creation and printing of all documents required for production (lamination manuals, quality documents, nesting documents); these can only be prepared by someone who knows how the part is made.
? Supervision/Resolution of Defects
In case of problems or defects during pressing/in the molding department, Mark will coordinate with the press manager to find a solution.
If the problem persists, he will act as a liaison with Thomas to resolve the issue.

協同部門監督樣品開發，直至獲得符合客戶要求的樣品
協同部門監督沖壓開發，設定沖壓參數直至獲得可重復且無缺陷的樣品
與意大利工程師共享數據，由其編制必要的技術說明書
? CNC裁剪
創建CNC程序并驗證零件合規性
與主管共同監督預量產階段，解決操作員反饋的問題
通常由其創建首套程序并親自裁剪樣品進行驗證
隨后監督預量產過程，若出現問題需負責修正程序（含生產期間）
? 文檔準備
制作并打印生產所需的所有文件（覆膜手冊、質量文件、套料文件）；這些文件只能由了解零件制造工藝的人員準備。
? 缺陷監督/解決
若沖壓/成型部門出現問題或缺陷，將與沖壓經理協調解決。
若問題持續存在，將作為聯絡人協調意大利工程師解決該問題。
